House of My Mind Reflection

1. In the House of My Mind project we were supposed to take pictures of things related to our lives, like how we live and how we do certain deeds, using the great operating system called Photoshop. I wanted to show how I like to explore, thus I tried to integrate me climbing objects, with a Where's Waldo theme.
I felt that my final product did not need to be finished on the last day it was due. I had a lot of trouble thinking of ideas, but I felt I persevered through. I learned that my artistic views are somewhat good, I just need to think more outside the box and think more creatively.

House of My Mind

In this photo, I decided to take pictures of 4 hand shapes that were outside the                                    digital media lab. Then I took a picture of the large tree outside the classroom. Since it was such a beautiful day outside, a tree had a really cool shadow, so I integrated the tree as if the shadow was actually the shadow of the tree. This made a really cool illusion that I thought was fascinating.
In this photo above, it's a contradicting picture of a man throwing out leaves into a trash bin. If you see this around campus you can tell that this man and bin are on recycling bins. I also put a tin foil background and a tree with cool shadows. If you can see closely, I'm climbing up the guys leg.
In this photo above, I took the beautiful view of Ross, and put a tinfoil layer. Then, I put a mask on leaves on top of the trees, which allowed it to look really cool by having smaller leaves on a larger tree. I put myself climbing the trees because it is part of my theme in trying to find my climbing a vast number of things.
In this photo above, I decided to take pictures of myself in the motion of climbing. I then took a picture of the flag pole at school. I did this picture because it felt patriotic and showed perseverance in getting to the top when climbing something.
